Orchestrating Axopar’s digital ecosystem: From concept to controlled delivery
Axopar Boats Oy • 04/2025 – 01/2026
As a senior project manager and advisor at Knowit, I was responsible for leading a strategic digital transformation program for Axopar Boats. The goal was to create a new digital marketing ecosystem aligned with Axopar’s renewed brand platform: a modern website and CMS, a 3D product configurator, DAM, marketing automation setup, and a roadmap toward e-commerce. The program had multiple vendors, tight timelines, and several interdependencies across brand, tech, and content teams.
My task was to turn the conceptual work into a concrete, executable implementation program: define the solution, establish a robust governance model, and deliver.
Throughout the program, I applied best-practice program management: regular status reporting, transparent scope control, clear decision logs, and proactive communication around risks and dependencies. This kept stakeholders aligned and focused on outcomes rather than features.
Overall, I turned a complex, multi-platform initiative into a managed, predictable program, enabling Axopar to modernize their digital presence while keeping stakeholders confident and the project on track despite significant external dependencies.

Turning CRM strategy into a data‑driven vendor selection and business case
Castrén & Snellman Oy • 08/2024 – 12/2024
Castrén & Snellman was moving from a heavily customized, end‑of‑life on‑premise Dynamics XRM to a modern CRM.
I translated gathered requirements and findings into a sourcing strategy and evaluation framework across four dimensions: commercial impact, operational fit, technological capability, and data utilisation.
I then structured and ran an RFI and RFP process around real use cases, and non-functional and integration requirements.
The process led to one recommended solution and partner, a conscious choice for a multifunctional approach, and a phased roadmap aligned with target processes and change‑management needs.
The steering group gained enough confidence in both fit and economics to approve moving into contract negotiations and preparation for implementation, with broad buy‑in from partners, marketing, and business services.

Leading a complex AWS & GCP cloud carve‑out for Kalmar’s demerger program
Cargotec Oyj • 09/2023 – 03/2024
Kalmar, a business of Cargotec, was being demerged into an independent company. This required carving out all Kalmar-related cloud workloads from Cargotec’s existing AWS and GCP environments into a new, secure, and compliant infrastructure while ensuring business continuity and alignment with multiple adjacent streams.
As project manager for the cloud carve‑out workstream, I was responsible for driving the end‑to‑end planning and execution of onboarding the new legal entity, setting up new AWS and GCP landing zones, coordinating migration, and establishing the steady‑state support model. This included managing a total effort of 200+ MD and aligning with overall program timelines, contracts, and technical dependencies.

Unifying MarCom analytics: Power BI reporting framework for Metsä Group
Metsä Group • 05/2022 – 01/2023
Metsä Group’s marketing and communications teams across several business areas were running multiple social media and digital channels with fragmented reporting. Metrics, tools and KPIs differed by BA, making it hard to get a unified view of performance, compare impact, or use data consistently for decision‑making and campaign optimization.
As the project manager and solution designer, I was responsible for defining and delivering a unified reporting solution. My mandate was to align stakeholders on common KPIs and channel coverage, design a scalable reporting architecture, and lead the end‑to‑end implementation of Power BI dashboards.
The result was a holistic MarCom reporting framework and a set of dashboards covering key channels and KPIs for Metsä Group’s business areas. The solution replaced disconnected, manual reporting with automated, comparable views of activity, reach, engagement and website traffic across channels. This gave marketing and communications teams a single source of truth for performance, improved transparency across BAs, and laid the foundation for further data activation use cases.

Building an end‑to‑end data‑driven marketing platform for Neste RRT
Neste Oyj – Renewable Road Transportation • 01/2020 – 10/2020
Neste needed to operationalise its Data Driven Marketing (DDM) strategy for Renewable Road Transportation. The digital landscape was fragmented across Drupal websites, Salesforce clouds, Adform, GCP, Apigee, PowerBI, Google Analytics, and AWR, with no unified lead flow, data model, or automation from web interactions through to sales and reporting.
As project manager, I was responsible for turning this strategy into a working, end‑to‑end lead and marketing platform. My remit was to align multiple vendors and internal teams, design and deliver a scalable technical and data architecture, and ensure reliable lead handling.
I led a joint architecture and requirements process with the DDM Product Owner, Technical and Enterprise Architects, and specialists to define the high‑level architecture, detailed data model, and marketing automation journeys and segments.
The project delivered a fully integrated DDM platform connecting the front‑end experiences with Salesforce, GCP, Adform, and PowerBI. This created consistent segmentation and reporting, improved sales and marketing efficiency through timely, well‑routed leads and behaviour‑based journeys.

Delivering One Nokia: Leading an elaborate global website rebuild to launch
Nokia Oyj • 03/2018 – 05/2019
Nokia was redesigning and rebuilding its global corporate website, consolidating content and experiences across markets. I joined as senior project manager to help drive the build to completion. The project was complex: multiple vendors, a fixed budget, a tight go-live target, and a distributed team spanning several countries and time zones.
My responsibility was to lead the day-to-day delivery of the build: coordinate a cross‑functional team, keep scope and quality under control, and ensure we delivered the site on time and within the agreed budget.
We delivered a modern, component‑based platform with automated content migration, improved technical SEO, and better performance and accessibility across devices and major browsers. Nokia stakeholders appreciated the structured communication, predictable sprint cadence, and the fact that they could start using and extending the platform quickly after launch.
